This small time property manager (Greg) and his disrespectful sidekick Hannah scammed me out of my deposit.

We were renting in Carson City and upon moving in found multiple issues, including a moldy unit. They denied responsibility.

When we vacated the property they took my deposit. I found a replacement tenant for them, showed the property and everything. In addition they charged me for a broken AC (we rented in winter and never used it).

Greg when you read this, know that we live nearby. You have a horrible reputation in the community. The reviews will continue from every employee and client that saw the unit until you return my money.

Hannah Is the Frontman!! We have actually hired two private investigators it is a very shady operation! You can read the other reviews about bullying, skimming people out of their deposits which we can definitely attest to, having paperwork for one tenant but having so much leverage letting other people into others units while occupied, anytime she wants anyone's attention she slaps a notice which she gets $50. Again we've hired private investigators and she is literally skimming up the top! But she is actually one of the owners! We are taking them to court and we're going to be posting our email conversations on this review.

Being homeowners for the last 10 years we were not looking forward to becoming renters again and having to deal with a landlord. Equitable Properties and their staff have made the transition smooth and could not be more kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this company and am glad we were able to find them.

This property management company are scam artists.They bully their tenants. They hire handymen that don't know how to fix issues and leave tenants in hazardous conditions.For example, water leaks that leave mold around toilets and ceilings. Hannah is extremely rude to staff, contractors and tenants. BEWARE

This company scams people out of money every chance they get. From deliberate lying to double dipping on rent. AVOID EQUITABLE PM AT ALL COSTS.
