JoJo has managed my properties for a couple of years now, and her efforts and attention to detail have given me such peace of mind. She communicates well, and in a timely manner and knows how to get the best tenants. Prior to JoJo, I always had issues with rent payments, repairs, etc. The property managers were difficult to get in touch with and slow to solve problems. I haven't had any of those issues with JoJo! I trust her implicitly. She is honestly the best property manager i've had out of all four companies i've used and I would never use anyone else!
