My daughter was told she was approved and that she was next to get her apt, they had to get it ready. When she called and visited the office to check the status of the apartment she was told several times it wasn't ready. She called once more and was told they didn't have any apartment the size she applied for and that she was denied and a letter was mailed to her. My daughter had not received a letter from them. She called Envolve on June 1st and after several days a Mrs. Cararra called her back and told her she was denied because a previous apartment complex (they do a previous landlord check) said they didn't have her in their system. My daughter called the previous apartment complex to find out why they said that, and they told her that from the time she lived there, they had changed systems, and their system only goes back so far.
We went to the apartment office to get the denial letter, Envolve claimed they sent, so we could do a grievance ( they give you 14 days to do this). The receptionist tried to give me a denial letter dated May 8th. I told the receptionist that that denial letter needs to be dated the date we were made aware of the denial decision so we can file our grievance. The receptionist said she was contacting Mrs. Cararra and she will get back to us. We have yet to hear from the receptionist or Mrs. Carrara. It's not right what they did to my daughter. There is more I left out, but they do not care about the people. If they did, this would not have happened.
We stay in a small city, and housing is limited.
I have a daughter who lives in an Envolve community and the photo is how Envolve allowed the residents to live for several months before they did anything. There is so much more I could say about this management company.
