Nice trucks. Excellent customer service.

We had mechanical issues with our truck and we needed another truck to get back.
Jay was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. He helped when we needed changes on the days we were keeping the truck and the drop off location. He checked that our invoice was correct. He was extremely nice and helpful on every single interaction.
We recommend renting from this location.

We tried all the other truck rental outlets, and none of them had truck capable of meeting our needs. We needed to tow a broken down truck and camper about 1200 miles home and only Enterprise had a truck capable of the job and that we could rent one way. We were stranded and unable to find a hotshot shipper to haul us home. With the Enterprise truck, we were able to flat tow the truck camper, along with all our stuff and two kitties home safely.
The Enterprise truck was great and the staff that made everything come together and work for us were the best.

I recently rented a commercial truck from this company and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. Cammeron and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and they made the rental process quick and easy. The truck was clean and well-maintained, and I had no issues during my rental period.

Great crew, they even called to offer a smaller van for less if it would work for us. Our rental was ready and waiting for us and no upsell on the ride or insurance.

Horrible customer service. Horrible.
Only truck rental in town and would have driven another 500 miles to avoid such trashy professionalism.
Drove 5 hours to pick up a van, and the woman at first would not take cash, then she would not take debit, then I tried to reuse my credit card and it would not let me use it. I had my grandmother 78 years of age come and use her card and they would not let her use debit unless she drove the van. I forgot my card at home 300+ miles away, and 4 hours later they say they cannot let me rent a van yet I had plenty of cash on hand, even offerred to givr them $1000 in cash. They say no so I leave and call to ask to just pick up the van I had reserved for 3 days the next morning. The manager said she already rented it out. So in the time she spent making my life hell, she also had time to book out the van to someone else. I do not reccomend this business to anyone, further if you plan on seeing any value coming from their "nation renoun" management training program think again. The only thing this bimbo knew how to do was wear some heels and a dress that was way too short. She would not quote or show policy, and even after I called another enterprise to ask them if there was any way to get around it she argued with them, adiment about ensuring she remained right rather than helpful. Her claim was that she had been there for 14 years
Well, if you're in a janky town like Bakersfield, there is no pride in any of that statement. Will be reporting this incident to corporate seeing as I drove 5 hours to pick up a van I was promised only to have them book it out to someone else the next day after I was told I would be able to run my card the following morning.
Horrible customer service. Horrible company. Clearly their money is being wasted on boosting people's egos with training trips rather than money spent on finding effective training methods. Asked for an owner name and she gave the big owner name of all Enterprises saying she reported straight to them and noone else. Unlikely.

Really great customer service not only when I picked up the truck but also at drop off these employees and managers take customer service to a new level. I will definitely rent a truck from here again and refer friends and family.
