Extremely Unprofessional Engineering Firm. Stay Far away from this company! This Firm Promised Me Township approval for my commercial property after hiring them to complete site plan review and documentation. The firm engineer Rob ensure me that was all required to complete the job. After the Township hearing, the Township zoning department stated that the parking lot needed to be Restripe and the ramp needed to be redone. How did the township zoning department have those comments on the project, but you "professionals" did not know that was going to be a requirement? This is highly unprofessional. They are sticking me with a bill for a job they stated was going to be completed just with a site plan, but there is more work to be done? This is ridiculous. I will be seeing you ELP in court! Scott please stop making threats to me via email that you destroy me financially. Good luck with that BUDDY!
