FRADULENT company. ZERO stars. Before you sign the contract, get it reviewed with people who are knowledgeable in financing. Thoroughly review the repayment schedule. Because you only be paying interest for first 18 months. That too, not full amount for each month. That means, outstanding balance keeps going up each day. At the end of 18 months, your loan balance will be
thousands more than your original principle. They say first payment only starts after 3-4 months, but by then you already would have outstanding interest added to your account each day passed.
Customer Service: The website to manage account do not provide your repayment schedule. It takes forever to get somebody on phone.
You won't save anything going with this company, just lose your hard-earned money. Solar company reps know all of this and will do best to not give details of how this works. So, do yourself a favor and find alternative sources to fund your Solar investment.
Good Luck.

A salesman through WCells (ENFIN company) was very good. He was very helpful and we got the number of solar panels set up easily. He did all the paperwork and sent it over for us to sign.
The install was slightly bumpy because I wasn't too pleased with their install partner. They left a mess in my yard for me to deal with. All kinds of solar parts were left in my backyard, along with multiple huge boxes. There was even an incident with a cell phone that one of the workers had apparently stolen from someone and had it traced to my address. I had an angry person pounding on my door, looking for their phone, which was in my backyard.
That said, I have a nice solar system. That's working well with a battery. The system is great. Financed it through ENFIN, which was my mistake! The financing part of this company, the right hand doesn't know what the left-hand is doing. They didn't send me any payment information until about 10 days before the loan came due so I was forced to figure out how to make a payment. I don't like to wait until the last minute, so I mailed a check to the headquarters in Irvine. Not a handwritten check but through my Bank of America bill pay so I can't just easily stop payment on it. Not only has the check De materialized - they started harassing me where I was getting calls every day regarding the missing payment, so I sent another payment to the correct address which is in Dallas, Texas. The calls didn't end. Even after the second check was cashed, they kept calling me.
So now I've made three payments and the first one still can't be found, it's floating around in the office is in Irvine. Sadly, I cannot get a hold of one single person in the Irvine offices. Apparently the entire building has disappeared. Even the sales agent, Alex, who was so outstanding helping me with so many things… Doesn't answer his messages or emails anymore. The project manager tiffany, she doesn't answer her email either.
You'll be given a phone number to call for your loan processing stuff and good luck trying to get a live person and not an automated bot. I'm completely unimpressed with the after sale Customer Service. I hope I never have problems with the panels because although they're warranted, I'll bet that it's impossible to get help.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company screwed my family royally. The drafted my monthly payments from 2 different bank accounts, then refused to credit my account with the extra payments. I was told "take it up with your bank" and so I did. My bank refunded ONLY the duplicate payments. Now the company is basically saying that I made ZERO payments. I have submitted bank statements from both bank accounts proving that these jerks have my money and are still refusing to credit my payments to my account with them. They have repeatedly reported to credit bureaus that my payments are not being made and my credit score went down over 160 points in a 6 month period. Do not trust this business!!! BUYER BEWARE!! Trust me, the solar panels are NOT worth it!!

If I only knew! I should've never gotten the solar panels to begin with. I was promised a big kickback in taxes. That didn't happen.
I was promised that I would save money on my utilities but the cost of the panels exceeded that cost. I won't ever really see the benefits of it in my lifetime.

READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN, specifically section 3c, which indicates that you need to make "optional prepayments" to pay off the Loan Target Balance by the Loan Target Balance Date in order to keep your "fixed" monthly payment and APR. For me these optional payments would have been roughly $7500 in the first 18 months or around $420/mo. The salespeople were nice enough, but made no mention of this contract detail and indicated my monthly payment would be fixed at $95 for the first 18 months and then would increase to $140 for the remaining 282 months.

Do not get solar through any company linked to Enfin!!!

I know this a bit long but hopefully this helps somebody who is thinking about getting solar panels… Is there anyone else in Sand Springs or any of the surrounding communities that have had solar panels installed and have had nothing but issues with the company since installation? My family and I had a company come out last year and had convinced us into investing in solar. The monthly payment and the potential investment made It all sound to good to my family and I but we decided to give it a try. Before we had a company come out and install them, I was told no holes would be drilled into my newly installed metal roof. When the company came out to install them they drill two holes straight through my roof for wiring which is still strange to me because everything is mounted on the backside of my house. Once installed the owner of the company insured us everything was fine and the system would be operational within a month or so. After a month we started to wonder what was taking so long just for the company to tell us they were waiting on the city to approve everything. Once that was approved we had to wait on PSO to approve it and switch our meter over to a smart meter. We had several phone calls about how we were behind on our monthly payment. I told them I was not paying anything until the system was operational. So when everything was finally approved and the system was turned on I started making the monthly payment. But when I had made my monthly payment this month I noticed the overall amount of our loan jumped almost $1000 more than what we agreed to on our loan. I then started calling our loan company to immediately find out why, and that’s when I had found out that we had an interest rate of about $6.50 running in the background since day one and the customer service person then tried to tell me that I was making the minimum monthly payment. A payment in which his company and I agreed to be my actual monthly payment. He then go on to say that I would never reach my initial principal balance until the accrued interest was completely paid off. Just to fill in some things the overall payment that I agreed to is about $192/month. So with the monthly payment and the accruing interest that’s about $410/month solar payment on top of the PSO bill that we still receive puts having electricity for my home about $450/month. After the phone call I started to do some research and found that everyone who invested in solar is having issues with this company and are getting scammed by them with the same issues I am having. I want to warn anyone thinking of getting solar power that is linked with the company Enfin to stay away from it. There is a lot more to this but just know the whole process is a scam and not worth putting you or your family through. If there is anyone who knows of anything my family and I can do to get out from under this mess please let me know, my family and I would greatly appreciate it.

I’ve been dealing with this company for over a year now. Installer, sent by Enfin, did NOT properly install the solar panels. Solar panels went up in flames. I’ve been getting the run around from Endin….phone calls, Emails all a waste of my time! A TOTAL NIGHTMARE! If there was a negative rating I would give them that!

After the panels went up, I called the sales rep after five weeks to see what was going on and he said it takes 3 to 6 weeks for the cut over. I called the rep over six weeks after it went up and he was going to follow up and find out what was going on with the electric company. I called the electric company a week and a half later and there was never a cut over request made. Additionally, the installers left garbage and material in the yard and it has been eight weeks and it sits. The installers also said that they would patch and paint a hole they put in the house for conduit and it sits without being touched. I start getting my electric bill next month in addition to my solar bill. Steer clear at all costs.
