Encore refuses the enforcement of the CC&R's and if you insist they start sending you letters and do almost daily drive-by taking pictures of your house trying to find any reason to send you a letter of violation to silence you and if you still insist for Encore to do the job they threatening you with a lawsuit and revoking all HOA privilege's. The owner President is incredibly rude and sarcastic. Stay away from this company with 1.4 Google rating. They deserve a zero star rating.

I had an issue with my lease renewal being that everything is done almost via email. I hadn’t updated my email address with Encore and therefore I hadn’t received my lease renewal… so my rental rate had increased to an extra $700 a month due to me not being able to sign the new lease because I couldn’t get into the account… After serval attempts of calling and not being able to get the situation resolved I was able to contact Mrs.Jacqueline Boyd she was such a blessing as she was able to help me in this matter and she also was able to waive fees from my ledger that had occurred due to me not being able to sign the lease because of my email and it not being recognized through the rental portal … She is very professional , pleasant to speak with and she knows what she’s doing…. Thank you Mrs.Boyd I was dealing with this issue for about a month and in no time you were able to hear my concerns and advise me on what would be done and also followed up…. I really appreciate you

Terrible Company and *I HATE THIS COMPANY *
Owner (Sh.S) is incredibly rude and unprofessional. HOA Board members receive very little to no training from Encore.
They act like they are King of the property.
I hope a professional company will replace this company

Terrible Customer service I was being harassed and I called amd no one would answer me until I finally talked to someone name Victoria Lua and she was so rude! I was trying to send the papers that she wanted and she said she don't have time. I tried to speak to her supervisor and she did not want me to talk to her asked for her phone number and she refused.

This company likes harassing families for no reason. We don’t even feel safe going out to our front yard because we are afraid to do something that is not applicable to this company. They been driving by taking pictures of my house for no reason. Every vehicle I own is up to date and has insurance. I strongly feel like I’m the only one in my neighborhood being harassed.

Spoke to a person named Shar and man was she RUDE! I guess I asked too many questions and when I asked her why she was had such a rude tone she said she's busy. Nice trying to talk to you Shar.
