I rented a skid steer for a week. It’s was dropped off Friday morning we ran it through out the day around 7 pm it started throwing codes I called Saturday to find out they was closed A mechanic came out Monday morning and replace the alternator and had to fill the radiator because it was delivered completely empty . The man I was speaking to told me I could make up the days and return it back that next Monday instead of Friday. So yesterday was the only other day we used it because of the rain the hydraulics went out with the mechanic told me I had a leak after I called well it rain last night and where it went down at it sunk down in the mud so they caught a tow company out ripped up trees and my neighbors property and tore up our pad that we have built in charge me 600 dollars and told me they was closing. The account out in the machine was only use 23 hours out of the 40 I was supposed to have it. I was supposed to return it Monday like the man told me I was cut short a weekend and 17 hours. I would recommend staying away from this company .

Worst service! You pay for 4 hours usage even if it is THEIR FAULT there is 0.3 hours on the equipment BECAUSE ITS SO DEAD the “generator” they bring to you ( after you call and tell them it’s dead) won’t even run the equipment. Never offered anything else. Yes I understand 4 hour minimum charge IF ITS MY FAULT ITS ONLY USED 4 hours. This was only used literally 0.3 hours upon return because it would not run. I do not know how you’ve been in business as long as you have. Probably because you’re the only option in Walker County.

Rented a ditch witch Monday morning. The chain was completely worn out and dull. After an hour it died and wouldn't crank. The mechanic came out and found a melted fuse. Gave me 4 spares. After it burned up 3 the fuse box started smoking. Drove 20 mins back to exchange it. Got another machine and the chain kept coming off. 4 times it jumped off and I had to fix it. Turned a 3 hour job into a 10 hour job. The machinery is junk and the maintenance on it is sub par. To them I may just be another customer fussing trying to get something for nothing but I only have one day a week off. This machinery breaking down has extended myself and my family from moving into our new home by another week. I would not recommend renting anything from them.

Small pricing mistake but it was handled fast and professionally. Had an issue with the rental and took the on call mechanic 3 or 4 hours to respond but not that big of deal for the needs of my rental.

Great customer service, rented a machine for a month and it rained 8 inches, they left the machine for 2 extra weeks...definitely have earned my loyalty over the last 6 years..

Nothing wrong with 'em. Friendly folks. We're traveling repair men for UPS so I'm sure we'll be renting again.
