Emmy helped me find a great apartment when I was looking in the South Loop neighborhood in November 2020. I was looking for a one bedroom, but she was able to help me with the negotiating process and was able to secure a 2 bedroom apartment in the same building I wanted and still kept myself within my budget. This would not have been possible without her knowledge of the rental market and knowing what is competitive and feasible to negotiate with. I'd highly recommend Emmy as she searches within your specific requirements, and always tries to get the best possible outcome for you!

She truly listens to your requirements and budget and works hard to help you find something you will love. She provides honest feedback after showings, and her industry knowledge is demonstrated by all of the questions she was able to answer for us as first time home buyers.
We were under contract in March 2020 just as COVID-19 ramped up, and Emmy went above and beyond to keep us informed by communicating next steps and ensuring that we understood the process.
