Can't say enough good things about Emmett Occhs! We lived in 7111 Ramsgate Ave property for ~2.5 years. Their responsiveness is incredible - whether we have a question or need something fixed, they're on it immediately. They're proactive and truly care about making the rental experience great. If you're looking for a property management company, look no further. Highly recommend!

We lived in the Roxbury property for 4 years and were very happy with Emmett Ochs management. They are very responsive to work orders and tenant concerns in general. Having an on site residential manager also helps with emergencies and lock outs. They are very no nonsense, practical and honest. For example they were very fair with the security deposit return and inspection and justly delineated normal wear and tear as well as damage of the property from old windows as opposed to tenant imposed damage. It was refreshing to be able to work with a management company that wasn't always out for your money. Highly recommend!

Stayed at a property on LA's westside for one year but had to relocate to the bay for work. Leasing was quick and simple. Maintenance was very responsive. I returned the unit in perfect condition and got back almost all of my deposit. Would recommend.

I rented an apartment from Emmett Ochs for 10 yrs in Santa Monica. They were the most professional company I have worked with. They regularly updated & maintained the property without being requested to by tenants. Any time there was a maintenance issue , the property management company would address the repair & dispatch repair men in great time. They installed an extra security system, lighting, mail boxes, plumbing, roofing, ect. I really appreciated the way they willfully cared about making the best out of the property & the best for the tenants. I would rent from them again👍

I don't write reviews but I believe credit should be given where it is deserved: we recently moved to an EO property and could not be more impressed. Every repair we needed was taken care of professionally and within a 1-2 day turnaround. You can tell the EO maintenance team and overall management are on top of everything. Lived at one of their properties over the past year and never had any issues which is what you want from a property management company! Repairs were made effectively and on time and our apartment was even renovated before we moved in! Great property management company overall! Move out was also a brease and thats a farcry from my last apartment!
