Wow. I've never seen so many rude & argumentative responses from a rental company as I've read here. Will definitely follow the recommendations of former customers & steer clear of this company. If your not willing to do all in your power to comply with what you've listed that your responsible for on a tenants lease then you have no right to be in business. A complete over haul of customer service training MANDATORY to all employees. Your goal?! To receive 5 star reviews! They matter. They affect your business & your wallet. Good luck as you will need it if you continue as you are.

I have worked with this company for about 5 or more years I think. They are great and always find new tenants quick. I have had no issues at all . Great company they manage my property very well. Glad to continue working with them. For many more years as they are great !

We’ve put in tickets for repairs that do not get responded to. Also the team is rude when you speak to them.

I was debilitatingly injured and had to travel for surgery and move away for medical reasons and gave ample notice. Shy of 3 months of the 2nd year living there, we are getting charged 5200 from the owner and the company. I’m not even sure if that’s legal…

Anyhow, Christina and her staff were rude and argumentative. They also are not proactive in listing. Their idea of listing is putting out a sign and on their website instead of popular sites like Zillow or Realtor. For tenants and especially landlords, there are far better realty companies that would perform better.

Saving a dollar will cost you 100 with this firm because good luck getting your house rented if it’s not in a popular area like Crestview. No drive or effort to lease

Also, LOL at how they argue even on their reviews! No they did not get to your tickets. Our shower case/walls (not sure what they're called) have been needing repaired for months and the tickets have been not resolved. This company is literally going to argues with every negative review they get. RUN!

We always preferred dealing with Kanan, she was always very professional, kind and accommodating. However, Christina Black, has the personality of a rude spoilt child that likes to bully others with her rude, ignorant and child like responses to any issues that are reported to maintenance.

My husband was accused of damage to the pool pipes in the home we rented. We noticed the swimming pool was loosing water, so we reported it to maintenance. Long story short, she accused my husband of ‘driving wooden stakes’ into the ground and cracking the pipes! The wooden stakes were set in concrete buckets which we used to hang our solar lights from. We had to point out to her that there was no way my husband had that much strength to pick up a wooden stake and drive it into the soil and crack the pipes underground. These pipes were not cracked on top but on the underside, proving we did not damage the pipes. While trying to get the problem solved Christina ordered us to leave our side gate unlocked so the ‘Pool’ guy could get in when he wanted too. She had no regard for the fact we told her we had dogs that we didn’t want escaping if they were outside and we also have a young child that we obviously want to keep safe at all times! Her words were along the lines of this ‘ The pool man can not wait for you to open the gate, I’ve told you not to interfere’!

So be warned people, think twice before you have any dealings with her and look up other reviews about them.

Response to owner: you are correct, I am not willing to comply with extreme fees, extreme payment procedures and a COMPLETELY unhelpful, unprofessional attitude: Tenants and owners beware: they won't change their arrogance and they will do this to you. Send a message by moving on to listings by owners, not a "management company" who will nickel and dime you to death and actually think they're your boss.

Original review: Extreme app fees, not customer friendly, unprofessional attitude - stay away, will only get worse after listing property or becoming a tenant.
