Great customer service. We rented a boom lift to reach top level of home and they were helpful and efficient. Very nice people as well.

I have used this place to rent a variety of equipment for more than twenty five years. It's been a few years (before pandemic) since I've used them. this week I rented a skid steer. The initial price was much higher than before but I went along.
The delivery was several hours later than expected but I figured that I would get 24 hours. I called for pickup within 24 hours from when I dropped it off and when they picked it up, we paid cash.

Later I was contacted and informed that I was being charged a cleaning fee, a fuel charge, and an extended time charge.

They added more than $200 to my already 60% higher charge for the rental. I told them that they have just lost a 25 year customer and they didn't seem to care...

If you happen to be camping in the area, this is the place to get your tanks filled, with curbside service.

They even put the full tanks back in your car for you.
