Think twice and think carefully before deciding to list with this brokerage. I have had my home listed since January with minimal marketing efforts and of course, very few showings. When I contacted my listing agent to express concern and cancel as the marketing efforts were minimal, it took several days to hear back. The listing agent sent me a cancellation form, THEY filled out, I signed and now she tells me the broker may not sign it. SO.... this is exactly why Realtors and the NAR had a huge settlement last summer....agents and brokers putting their interests ahead of a customers. Keeping my home tied up for another two months is not ethical especially after review of the lack of effort. Just listing the home on the MLS, only doing an open house AFTER I asked you to host one, doing a couple of videos and then waiting are not what consumers expect. Apparently thats what you get with this company. Disappointed and trying to move on but the agent and broker do not respond. Complaints are being filed with the local board and the State of Alabama real estate commission.
