Our community, The Windings of Willow Ridge in Willow Springs, IL found Elite 20 years ago and we’ve never once regretted hiring them to manage our community. Brett knows all of our community members by name and addresses their concerns quickly and professionally. He negotiates our landscaping and snow removal contracts like it is his own money. He fights for every dime to keep our assessments as low as possible. However he also knows that you have to pay for quality contractors. He has always brought us top notch contractors that do a great job and make our community look beautiful.

Brett takes personal pride in the communities his company represents as they are a reflection of him. He has built a great staff of professionals over the years who also have his same high standards. I can honestly say “Elite” is a perfect adjective for this outstanding management company.
