Do not rent from these people we live at the Hyde park location. The gang member run this complex. The rats and roches and the flies from the dumpster that is every so conveniently places in the middle of the apartment will be your roommate for life. They charging 2500 to new renters but not changing the real issues. We have rust and mental pieces in our water. Make sure to get filters because you will be consuming a lot of rust and mental that comes out of the pipes. They change management every few months. The new owner got rid of the only manager that had control of this building. George we miss you. This is bullcrap and the only reason we not moving is because we can’t afford to. Our rent was once 850 and every year it goes up. So yeah we in the $1000 range now and climbing every year they raise the rent. Nobody should be renting form elite properties. Please spend your hard earn money elsewhere. And I will be posting all my concerns from here on out. Because charging 2500 for something that should be 1.99 is quite the scam and calling the office gets you nowhere. 😂😂😂 That light fixture in that kitchen in the advertised 3455 apartment In Hyde Park ain’t been changed since 1999 I bet all the dead flies are in it. Check it if you don’t believe me I just change the light bulb in our kitchen and I was in disbelief. Like how did y’all get in here. Call the Health Department. The sewer be spilling all over the front it’s not even a yard but the from portion of the apartments facing Florence. This is the Gutter No one should be living like this.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Company does nothing to fix the interior of the apartment, but they do make renovations to the outside! Had an issue with mold and the company, along with onsite management does nothing to fix it. Just patch and go. Same problem every month after they cut the mold off, it comes right back again. Seems like all they know how to do is increase rent! The “newly renovated “ apartments have lots of issues as well. I can go on and on about the problems here but point is that they lack professionalism! Do better!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the shadiest company ever. Do not move in any place owned by a company called “Elit” property management. They can’t even spell elite right. You won’t get your deposit back. You won’t get anything back. No one is there for your issues, I repeat do not move in any place this company leases.

I am furious and frustrated. firstly I must say this company is lack professionalism, they act as if your issue with the apartment is not your issue. The apartments are infested with rats and roaches and the rooms are filled with molds on the walls. The noise from the neighbors are over baring and the manager does nothing about it. The apartment is not safe, numerous times shots are fired in the apartment and the manager knows about it and nothing is being done. Mark (landlord) is very dismissive, aggressive and rude to his tenants. Any issue you have will be swept under the carpet and will not be fixed. The parking situation is so messy, other tenants park in your parking and have an attitude when you need your space to park and also tenants are parking two cars in a one parking space. The trash situation is messy. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE.

DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A BETTER OPTION! I wish I could give less than one star.

I live in one of their buildings which is EXTREMELY old and not well kept up with. There are leaks all over my ceiling and dangerous black mold all over my bathroom that just gets repainted over never actually fixed.

The leasing management is and has been extremely rude, dismissive, and have an attitude for absolutely NO REASON every time i call and I’ve spoken to about 6 different people who constantly act like they have something better do be doing even tho it is their job to help , and I cannot call anybody else, even tho I wish I could.

The building manager is awesome and always very nice and helpful, but the leasing management company deserves to go out of business for the way they treat the tenants of their overly expensive buildings.

Shame on you people.

You will not receive any of your money back. One deposit refund never arrived. The other check has bounced. While living here the management took every chance to raise the rent to the maximum and never fixed anything. Upon moving out I had to get to the point of threatening legal action to get a response and they then tried to add those days waiting to my due rent.

I’ve never lived in a building with such a clueless property mgmt. there’s like zero communication between them, the owners, maintenance (I’ve called about a maintenance request the day after submitting to follow up and they have no idea what you’re talking about). Zero warning when they shut off water, will enter your apartment even if you specify you require that you’re home to secure your pets and then they act confused that you had a barking dog. Every time I call the office about an issue they have no idea what you’re talking about and just transfer you to one of the other people so they don’t have to communicate with them.
