If I could leave no stars I would. I have been in my house 5 years. Always pay my rent if I'm late I always try to stay in contact. Yea good luck with that. The property manager will not respond to calls, or emails EVER!! Leave u stressing about crap all cause they can't pick up a phone or email someone back. They keep raising rent, even year they raise it $50. Not worth it, and now we are responsible for pest control, can get kicked out even if u complain about things to much. Not worth renting. They won't fix anything, my AC has been jacked up since we moved in every year someone has to come look at it and says the unit is to small, so I have to run a window unit as well running my electric bill so high they won't even take anything off my rent or fix it nothing. Biggest mistake you could make, renting from this company.

Don’t rent here, you’ll be in for a handful of problems. First day moving in, several things were already not working. No hot water, toilets and tub not working. Issues with lights not working. Soon after several more problems arose and we put in our maintenance request's. The problem is they take ages to show up and fix your problems or don’t respond at all. They also don’t follow up on anything so you’re left wondering if they are ever going to come. Won’t be renting from them again and I advise anyone else interested to avoid this company.

My partner and I have lived in the same apartment complex for 3 years. In that time, multiple different property management companies owned the property and all of which were very negligent to issues we were facing. It wasn’t until Elevation took over and specifically Rob Montgomery began overseeing our complex that we were able to get things taken care of and feel properly accommodated. Rob did an excellent job helping us with anything we needed and was by far the most helpful person we interacted with in our time there. Rob was very willing and eager to help us however he could so thank you to him & the Elevation team!

I just did my move out with Josephine at Nantucket in Fayetteville and she was amazing! She walked me step by step the entire process of how it works and what to expect. During my initial virtual tour, I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Miss Fallon. She was able to answer every question I had as well as provide helpful information about the area. Upon moving in she has gone above and beyond to make sure my family and I are taken care of. While we settle into our new town, it has taken a huge weight off of our shoulders with the relocation. I’m thankful our paths crossed and couldn’t be happier with the location of our new residence in NWA. Convenient to the Wal Mart Headquarters, bike trails, and the fabulous eateries that downtown has to offer. Thank you again Fallon for all of your help and the great local recommendations.

been here almost 4 months. they never answer the phone, even on move in day. we didn’t get our key until 4 in the afternoon, (i called several times in the morning, emailed, and texted) when i had people in the morning ready to help me move. waste of time. seems the only time they answer or respond is when you’re interested in a unit, after that, GOOD LUCK.
it’s a shame bc the unit is beautiful, would thrive with different people in office.
