Eddie was a wonderful guide for our long (4 year) and successful search for a duplex in San Francisco. He was always patient, never pushy, and kept us well informed. He was able to arrange an inspection on short notice to complement the information in the disclosure package. He is very knowledgeable about pricing and an astute negotiator. His team in the office kept things moving very efficiently and we closed in record time despite an impending holiday weekend. He connected us with a broker who advised on the thorny issue of insurance, with a lawyer for the TIC agreement, and offered a list of contractors with whom other clients have worked successfully. I am happy that our search is over, but sorry to lose my regular interaction with Eddie. I recommend him without reservation.
