Ive been residing for about 3 years now here at the destino apartments and ive never had a bad experience until now. For the past year they have been switching manangers and everything has been unstable. They take forever to come and do repairs, but yet they want everything on tack for inspections. The manager "Mark" is very rude and unprofessional.Speaks to you in a sarcastic way and tends to laugh at tenants when an issue is being addressed. I do not recommend people moving in the Destino Apartments while this manager Mark is still in charge. I wouldnt want anyone to have such a sour experience like i did. Overall very poor service to both the tenants and apartments.

I’m looking for a higher up to speak with. I have a parent that lives here and I question many things they ask her to while under section eight. Some things don’t seem right and I’m willing to get to the bottom of how the manager is managing El distinto apartments. Poor service, poor management and unstable.

:. Think twice before renting here and if you do rent here be sure to go through your apartment in every room and make sure everything works and is replaced... Been here five months and nothing has been fixed or replaced. Apartment #B1104
