There is no doubt in my mind that we wouldn't have found our dream property to build our dream home without Farid and Walker. They are ON IT. First to know of what's coming on the market before it even hits, you are ready. Farid exceeded my expectations. I can confidently say that he is very proactive and communicative. We had a land property to sell, which are typically very difficult. This is the garbage we're getting downtown, stack & pack apartments, squeezing everything downtown where there's no more nightlife, freedom to park, freedom to do lots of shopping you name it it's just shrinking. You can't have dancing downtown because noise complaints from apartment rentals, it's the reason why there's no parking left, it's the reason why the downtown is shrinking because they're forcing ridiculous pathetic apartments and it's being approved by this progressive left SLO city council who does not have any consideration for the long-term residents they have done business and lived here for decades. This new building downtown is pathetic, it's just another greedy developer building in places where they should not be building at all but far away from the downtown. Total shame

Farid and Walker listed our home in Nipomo and we were impressed from start to finish! This was the first home that we had sold and the process was explained to us in a way that we could understand. Having a background in architecture, Farid knows how to write a listing and have photographs taken to sell a house FAST!
