Property was not tenant ready. I had rental assistance on the way to pay for my rent and was harassed till I moved out. Robert Zimmerman is nice on initial meeting but extremely rude after. Never answers the phone, mail box at office is always full, also never in office. Other tenants complained about having to use their own money to fix things. Previous tenants broke lease because of poor management. Good rent prices but don’t expect good customer care.

Ehomes has been great. Although we have had some issues with our rental home they have responded quickly to make things right. So far we have had good communication and they are very respectful. Maria is awesome. That was my review in the beginning of the lease. They try to lie and cheat their way out of obligations as property managers. They don't put anything in writing and their communication was none existent after 4 months into a year lease. Maria is the worst property manager ever when things got bad she ghosted our family and quit. Think twice before giving your hard earned money to this awful management company.

Absolute deposit demons. They will most likely charge you to clean a carpet someone cried tears into because their son died in the Korean War and it has sentimental value.

Charged for damage a neighbor, gardener or maintenance caused during lease - of which they were informed, when it happened.

Charged for a lightbulb inside an oven that didn't have one when it was delivered.

Will say & promise whatever you want over the phone, but will not send an email so you have it in writing.

Informs tenants that the slumlord is INCREDIBLY old, very cheap and not big on fixing things.

Yet, management is afraid of the slumlord & will do anything they say.

Count every fiber in the carpet, every hair on your child's head. If it is not nailed down, they will charge you for it. If it is nailed down, they will spit on it & charge you for the cleaning,.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. I recently had the pleasure of renting a house through Ehomes of Bakersfield, and I cannot express enough how seamless and efficient the entire process was, thanks to Tammy and the incredible team at Ehomes.

From the moment I began my search for a rental property, Tammy was there every step of the way. The process of finding a house to rent was straightforward and hassle-free. Touring the house was an absolute breeze; Tammy was punctual, knowledgeable, and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

Applying to rent was equally smooth. The application process was clear, concise, and devoid of any unnecessary complications. I was approved in no time, and within just 10 days of finding the perfect place, I was moving in. This rapid turnaround is a testament to Tammy's exceptional communication skills and the way Ehomes has perfected their property management operations.

Ehomes runs like a well-oiled machine, and it shows. There were no time gaps or delays at any stage, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I truly believe that any tenant would be lucky to rent from them.

After moving in, I encountered a minor issue. The maintenance request system they have in place is incredibly user-friendly. I submitted my request, and to my amazement, the issue was fixed and resolved by the next day. The efficiency and responsiveness of their maintenance team are unparalleled.

I am genuinely impressed with how Ehomes has figured out property management. It’s rare to find a company that operates with such precision and care. If you are considering renting a property managed by Ehomes, do not hesitate. You will NOT be disappointed.
