They took over my apartment complex and started moving in section 8 people, not cleaning the pool, not mowing the lawn, had a cheap handy man come fix my door and he damaged my property they didnt wanna fix it untill i threatened to sue. They selectively enforce rules. They wont even do anything about the guy coming home at 3am with his radio all the way up. Had to make a discrimination complaint with hud. You're warned dont rent with them

Alexis was super helpful and gotta be the star player at EGL. Originally I was very unhappy with my emails being ignored by the accounting staff for 2+ weeks, but Alexis returned my deposit and cleared up the problems all in 1 day.

Wow. Really impressive what just 1 person can do compared to an entire department.

Very affordable price on their listings, along with solid services offered to tenants! Tenant portal is also easy to navigate. The lease signing process is entirely online so it is rather simple and straightforward, however in my case it was delayed due to lack of communications. I would give a 4/5 but thanks to Alexis’ assistance, I decided to give a 5/5 score. This is my first time renting a place on my own and Alexis was able to ease a lot of my stress. He is the most reliable, thorough, and responsive out of all the staffs! If you ever ran into a problem or have inquiries, look for Alexis!
