I hate doing this, but I feel compelled to warn future tenants. I'm the type of tenant that likes to prepay rent in advance and I had two months paid in advance and had to move to a new location. Our lease was over and month to month and I did receive my security deposit on pretty much the last day when it was legally allowable. They also sent it without a breakdown of accounting (they only held back a few hundred dollars, but still, it's the law that they're supposed to explain any money kept).

I send messages every single day following up on the return of lost rents and they just ignore me. I've given them all the written documentation and they just don't seem to care at all. I would not rent from this property manager again. I am a great tenant. I never have parties and am tidy and clean. I pay rent (in advance) as noted above but I have been treated with such disregard that i feel compelled to warn other people who may be thinking of moving into one of their properties.

This company treats good tenants like garbage.
