I moved into Edison Lofts in August 2024 and have loved living here ever since! One of my favorite things is the all-year-round pool — it’s such a rare find and definitely makes the complex feel like a resort. I also really appreciate how dog-friendly it is. There's plenty of grass inside which makes life so much easier. The courtyard is always beautifully maintained with flowers and festive seasonal displays that make the whole place feel really welcoming and cared for. You can tell the management really puts thought into keeping the community looking great. I’m so happy to call Edison Lofts home!

Let me start out with saying Yas and Carolina are both great!!! I just moved in almost three months ago and I’m very pleased. The building is well kept and any repairs needed are done asap!!! The amenities are also kept and cleaned on a regular basis. If you are looking for a place to call home Edison Lofts is the best place for you. I actually have no complaints even the concierge are great lol!!!!

I’ve been living at Edison Lofts for about a week now and it’s been great. I toured the residence back in February for the first time with Caroline, the leasing agent. She was kind, walked me through all of the amenities, and showed me two units based on my preferences. I fell in love with the second unit, but it had been leased the day before. After checking the system, Caroline found that the unit below it would be vacant by my move-in date.

Now I’m here, and getting settled, and the unit is everything I expected and more. It was very clean when I moved in, the appliances looked brand new, and any smaller issues I found (fixing rent amount, outlets that don’t work, blind needing repair) were addressed immediately by maintenance. The team seems communicative and available. I look forward to living here for a while!

Responsive and courteous staff, wonderful amenities (pool, rooftop, gym, movie room, etc), excellent on call maintenance, vibrant community with events, clean, extremely safe, great package/mail/food delivery system. We have been living at Edison lofts for 6 months now and could not be more comfortable and delighted with our experience here. First of all, they keep the entire property immaculate. Enough said. That is very high on my must have list. All the amenities, the gym, pool, sauna, roof top area, grills…. We have used them all and are thrilled they are at our disposal at any time of the day or night.
The apartments themselves are spacious (we have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath) with high ceilings and huge windows. We do not hear anything coming from the apartments surrounding us which is a real plus. Whenever there is an issue with appliances or any plumbing malfunction there is an on-premise maintenance staff ready to take care of any issues.
We love that we see many more people on a daily basis than we ever saw in our lives as single family home dwellers. We really like being a part of this community.

Living here has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. Management is disorganized, unprofessional, and consistently disrespectful toward tenants... Communication is poor, maintenance is unreliable, and loyalty or fair treatment toward tenants does not exist here. If you are looking for a place where your rights, time, and money will be respected, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the stress.

We have been renting here for 3 months and our experience is very positive overall. The amenities are beautiful and the property is kept up nicely. The entire team from concierge, housekeeping and leasing office are very friendly and accommodating. We did have one issue with noise and Angelica not only addressed the issue professionally but resolved it right away. I do agree with other reviewers regarding smoking but I think that it’s very hard to police.
