I’ve lived here for five months now and have not known a single day of peace. Multiple issues with bugs and rodents that took weeks to take care of and my own time and money, heat not working, etc. I have never been so exhausted by a company that truly never does anything and then makes you feel like crap because you are a burden for living there. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely tragic management. Laundry machines broken for months, maintenance requests blatantly ignored, impossible-to-reach office staff, etc. If you're hard up for a place and you're dead set on the east side then they're probably not the worst you can do, but my god is it a slog.
It couldn't be more apparent that they treat their more affordable buildings as bottom-line padding so they can take care of their more luxury offerings. Me and my neighbors are hardly even an afterthought for this company. Every single employee should be embarrassed every day they show up to work for these clowns. I can't imagine having so little self-respect.

Rude office staff and very hard to contact. No hot water during cold months. Elevator did not work or trapped ppl inside. My neighbor was broken into (had door kicked down) and they refused to add another lock to our door. If you care about your safety and comfort, I would not rent here

I wouldn’t recommend living here. For the price you pay you get a broken down elevators, broken windows/ appliances, you pay $150 for parking and when it’s collapsing on your car, they aren’t “reliable” or”accommodating”. Have no morality, decent workers i guess but staff doesn’t respond or provide much updates. I am not a hard tenant to please, i rarely complain, i pay my bills, i mind my business and i’ve only been here for 3 months and its been not a great experience

The worst rental company in Milwaukee and I’ve lived there for over a decade and used a collection of others and never had this many issues. Maintenance staff yell at you and then when they fix things in your apartment tweak out and sit on your furniture talking about “I have a pet jaguar”. When you place maintenance requests they delete them and act like it was never sent in. When you call the office thankfully George isn’t there anymore, but when he was he would be completely demeaning and arrogant and laugh in your face when it was an issue then hang up. The original building manager (when I first moved in) used to stalk me and knock on my door late at night. When I first moved in my fridge was COVERED in black mold. The bigger unit I moved to right after covid had numerous issues that never were fixed even though I repeatedly asked. Come to find out they also screwed with my security deposit originally gave me an amount and when it would be sent and then they changed their mind. Yeah ok. Way to be another slumlord of Milwaukee. I ended up having to get my attorney involved

Worst company I have ever rented from. When we went to move they tried to deny us access. Saying that we did not get our keys till the 5th when the lease clearly stated the 1st was the start of the lease. And then told us we don't know how leases work and that is it industry standard to give the keys a few days after the start of the month.

I have had issues getting my refund deposit back. And it has been months since the other people I have roomed with got theirs back. We even received the outstanding charges sheet to see what we were charged and there were random charges on there that were not for rent or late fees. I can check on my bank account app and I can see the correct total I paid for each month. And there are 70 dollar rent charges added for November when I paid the full every month. I would not recommend this company for renting. My room mates and I have had so many problems with them. The last year we had to put in a two month notice to move out and they let our other room mate give a 20 day notice to move off the lease so my room mate and I were stuck paying for a 3 person apartment for two people because the two month notice applied to us but not our room mate.

I lived in a studio owned by edge water for what i understood was a 6 month lease.

Management was unprofessional & hard to get a hold of.
My unit was filthy when i moved in.
Door buzzer was broke.
Light bulbs were out.
Mailbox didn't lock/ close.

When i requested a move out after the 6 months i was informed the "rental agreement" stated i was liable for an additional 3 month due to the "NO Winter move out."

After paying for the additional 3 months and cleaning the unit to superior standards which i found it. i received a security deposit letter stating i was charged for cleaning & fixing the door buzz and lights.

Furthermore, billing is antiquate. buildings common space was not maintained or clean. I developed a serious allergy to the unit i lived in and had to move out.

I do Not recommenced living here.
