She provided the information for what i needed and i applied very next morning she advised me of my approval . I highly recommend this property and i can tell she cares about the residence. Lack of security in deliveries and entry of foreign people into the block to smoke, carry cell phones and other things. Manutenção terrível, totally inefficient. Atendimento no descritório terrível, ne ver resolvem con agile, I spent months trying to solve the problem of my contract and I have to go practically every day to solve it. It is cheap and time-consuming for all sides of the apartment, and people are not required to carry out the detection at all.

I lived there for 2 years and overall enjoyed my time — the apartments are spacious, the balcony was great in the summer, and the abundance of trees added a nice touch to the environment. There was a delay in returning my deposit, but it was eventually resolved.

Jennifer Cruz in the leasing office is amazing! She has gone above and beyond to insure a smooth transition with our moving process. All of the leasing office staff has been very friendly and any issue we have come across Jennifer has been a blessing in making sure everything was taken care of.

TL;DR Waste of time don’t bother going here.
Made an appointment. Received confirmation from Jackie and Jenni through email and text. Received text there are three units available now and can accommodate our move-in date. Took time off from work to go see the units and was told there are no units available to tour and they’ll contact us when that changes. Was told the text we received was auto generated and false. Nice. What an absolute waste of time. The staff seemed unfriendly and unorganized. Do what you will with this info. Happy apartment hunting.
