Disappointed with quality, some design decisions, drainage planning, electrical issues, and response from Eddleman on issues. Quality: cheapest carpet you can buy installed along with nails sticking up at each door, pencil markings left on tiles and some cracked tiles and bubbling in the wood floors. Drainage planning: Every home that I have seen has issues with water drainage and the grass is so soggy and muddy and Edelman has not readdressed these issues. Electrical issues: flickering of lights and circuit breakers tripping. I just received an email from a neighbor that he was experiencing the same thing and multiple people got on to agree including us. Response from Edelman: you can pay for these issues and also no one will respond to me after I was told I would be given a call. With a price tag of almost 400,000 I just expected more quality and if given the choice I would not buy Edelman again. I do however like all my neighbors and being close to Mount Laurel.
