Very convenient place to live. A slightly above average apt. I did have a mice issue a few times. Maintenance and the exterminator did what they could i guess to seal entry points. The corners of the rooms had a very visible over flow of rodent foam block and a few mice traps scattered throughout the apartment. Not something you want to see.

In the winter months the heat doesn't work. At times it would have an internal temperature of 50 degrees in the apartment. Maintenance came many times and never fixed the issue. We were told we would get fined for calling emergency maintenance because the heater fixed itself for a couple hours and then went away again. The management likes to threaten fines. As another user said, the apartments are infested with mice and the management sends an exterminator who just does a cursory check of the walls, while management threatens a fine every time they visit if we do not move all of our items from periphery.

I’ve lived at Echelon Glen Apartments for 2 years now and I have no complaints. The community is quiet and friendly. The staff is also friendly. The common areas are always clean and manicured. Living here has really been a joy. Over the 2 years, there has been continuous improvement of the exterior of the apartments which I find as a good thing. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous, usually addressing issues within 24 hours. I did have an issue with my apartment that lasted several months but the maintenance team did everything in their power to identify the issue and eventually got it fixed. I would 100% recommend Echelon Glen.

Would not recommend, Hefty electricity bills and Gas bills and Over priced apartments that are not well maintained,
The mice's/rats all over the buildings, they have strong roots from one apartment to other inside the walls.
The entry ways, stairs and outside floor to the buildings are dirty and rusted due to zero maintenance. After year or two, all of sudden the dents appear in sidewalls/roofs and even water leaks from some of dents. The management is also not helpful, while moving out usually we can park container (that fits in one car parking spot) in nearest parking spot but they asked to park at different parking unit which is far away, how can we carry heavy items more than 500 steps away.

I have lived in South Jersey since the summer of 1995. Out of 28 years, I have lived in apartments for 16 years. I lived in two apartments in Maple Shade and two apartments in Voorhees.

I and my wife moved to Echelon Glen Apartments in the fall of 2020. We chose this apartment for its ideal location. Everything we need is within 5 to 8 miles maximum; from doctors’ offices to hospitals, grocery stores to restaurants, Camden County Regional Public Library to malls and much more.

From my experience of living here, I can say with confidence that the maintenance service is the Hallmark of Echelon Glen Apartments. Its technicians are polite, courteous and demonstrate a high standard of workmanship. I do not recall if I had to call the maintenance department or put in a service request twice for the same issue, because it was not fixed right, the first time.

The credit obviously goes to the Maintenance Coordinator, who stays on top of daily maintenance requests initiated by residents of Echelon Glen. She keeps her team motivated to do a good job and in a timely manner.

I can recommend Echelon Glen Apartments to anyone who is looking for a great maintenance service.

Jenn at the office at Echelon Glen is absolutely amazing! She has not only addressed questions or concerns, but she has gone above and beyond to make sure that we got what we needed and had all of the information necessary find the best fit for our future!

Updated, clean, and safe. Since a new property management group took over Echelon Glen Apartments, have significantly improved. Over the past year, I've have noticed more attention has been paid to updating apartments, cleaning and maintaining shared grounds, installing more community features (dog-waste garbage can and a new sidewalk). Additionally, the leasing office and maintenance has been very helpful and quick with addressing all types of problems I may experience. Great place to live.

Horrible management. Over priced apartments that aren’t even well maintained. Unless you’re living in the main building where the leasing office is the other buildings aren’t maintained the landscaping is hardly upkeep the playgrounds are so worn down. The management puts no money into taking care of their establishments. The balconies are rotting the entry ways to the buildings are dirty and rusted. You would think paying over $2000 in rent they would use the money towards renovations or at least upkeeping the properties.
