We have lived among spring flowers for three years,
eaves West Windsor The facilities here are very complete. We who like sports often enjoy sweating in the gym and yoga room. There are often many meaningful activities here. The staff are enthusiastic and responsible. The transportation is very convenient. There is a bus at the door. The train station is also very convenient, and the surrounding supermarkets are also very close. It's also great for children going to high school. I introduced two friends to live here, and their children go to South High School, a 5-minute drive away. Migrant workers and families whose children are in high school are welcome to live here.

It is a nice apartment, and facility and service are top notch. Except ... there is absolutely zero insulation between floors. You should pray that you have a quiet neighbor upstairs. If you are unlucky like me, you would feel that you are living under a railroad track. I have contacted management multiple times, it only got better for a couple of weeks. I am exploring what option I have to move out!

I had a washing machine leak and called maintenance and had a technician on the way immediately. The technician, Cliff, was professional, diagnosing the problem quickly saying we need a new machine. Within an hour the old washer was removed and a new one installed like nothing. Very fast job considering it took one person and it was on the third floor!. Good maintenance team and shoutout Cliff for the quick help.

I just finished the move in process with The Eaves and so far the complex has been great. Kathryn at the leasing office was extremely helpful through out the whole process. You get great value for your money here and the service is far above other complexes I’ve dealt with in the past.

I want to thank Lewis for his follow through in reaching out to me when I wasn't available. I live overlooking the trees and the blinds were cutting that beauty off. Lewis came and in 5 minutes took all the blinds off and I'm so happy. He was very pleasant to work with. Thanks again!
