Packing/ moving/ transporting can be a very stressful task to take on . I don't say this lightly.. There's a lot that goes into moving!. too much all happening at one time to manage it alone. Your energy, resources, time available it's all scarce. Take my experience Maybe you've ever used your car seatbelt in a way that is not what it's intended. you just care to save yourself spare minutes by using the seat belt instead of searching for that rope. It might cost you your entire day. You might be trying to do a night trip with your buddy who's offered to help move the heavy items but your seatbelt is not idiot proof the way you left it. Something so small as a seat belt wrapped around can really throw you off hours from your mission.

people are so humble and others are just too self-conscious to ask for help. I want to take the time to thank Troy.
He assisted me along with Sean on this lovely moving day. they were both such Enthusiastic participants in my plot twist.. they saw I was close to giving up after struggling repeatedly. They didn't brush me off or tell me to make a maintenance request. They are both very talented and charming individuals. I am fortunate to know them by name. Now Anytime that I may need something in the apartment looked at or fixed. I don’t glance at them as strangers. more like a caring guardian who has good intentions in their work.. . They had a genuine interest in helping me solve this challenging set back in my morning that I was having.. genuine concern to want to help. I can't even tell you how many times I've been greeted with the exact opposite type of service in my life.. I would probably if it was not for this introduction still be on my hands and knees trying to understand the mystery of this great problem that I was surely having. I have a way of being a magnet for little minor inconveniences.. I will never have to search far or be with out tactful solutions ever again while living here. I can make a request for Troy / Sean.

Lived here for many years now (even upgraded from a 1br to a 2br) but a lot has changed especially since COVID. Apartments are nice but haven’t really received any current modern updates. Wish they would’ve kept some of the “old” ways of doing things when it comes to service and communication. Seems like the management company pivoted but went a little too far and maintenance and community upkeep standards were dropped. Current staff is nice and responsive but they seem to be understaffed compared to before. Community manager John and leasing agent Ian have been very pleasant to work with!

The community is older, but it’s well taken care of. Of course, it has issues, just as any other community built 30+ years ago, but the maintenance team here is always on top of it! Getting any repairs done in my home is always quick and painless! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance and office teams and they have all been delightful and very kind. My only issue with the community is the limited open parking and the fee for having a carport. But overall, I would recommend this community over others in the area!
