It is a nice and safe place to start, especially for new migrants. The property provided us a stress free, from the time that we are still looking for a new place to start with until the time my husband and I moved-in. Actually we were referred by a friend Ms. Rhea, also living here having a good feedback with the property and I really want to thank them. So, I am so grateful and never regret my decision that we chose Eatoncrest Apartments as our first home in the US. Also, all the staff were accommodating and kind, especially Ms. Candy who patiently answering all my queries and to Ms. Susan.

My experience at Eatoncrest has been wonderful Yalitza was great from the start She walked me thru the application process from start to finish. She is very professional and polite. I am very pleased with my unit . I wish they had more stars she definitely deserves them

I had the extraordinary experience of working with Susan and Candy at Eatoncrest Apartments of Eatontown. I moved in on May 5th. They made the process so very simple, and my new home is better than I could have dreamed! The warmth and welcoming that I have been given here is beyond any previous rental experience that I have had, and even the smallest flaw (a broken mini blinds slat) was corrected immediately by Mike (Thanks again!). They even have multiple pet parks and pristinely kept laundry and fitness facilities. Anyone considering a location for a new apartment to rent MUST try here! They are the best of the best.

Its been 2 years since my last review, and the consistency that I experience is always up to par, and reliable. Jeffery Perez along with his management team, have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help me, along with other neighbors here in this community. The employees are always pleasant, and they know how to help keep the community happy. Just wanted to leave a current review and let you guys know that I'm grateful for your hardwork.

The maintenance manger Jeffrey is awesome very attentive and dedicated to helping the residents at Eatoncrest. Jeffrey has helped me so much with my previous stay at Eatoncrest when I had my apartment there he was very reliable and detailed oriented not only would he fix the problem at my apartment but he would explain what the issue was how he fixed it and how to maintain the problem so it doesn’t happen again. Very pleased with the maintenance team and maintenance manager Jeffrey.

DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! they don't fix anything inside the apartments trash build up all over the property high rent for garbage apartments the front office personnel are only in it for the dollar bill they don't have no respect towards regular renters they are funded by the government for section 8 purposes don't waste your hard earned money on this place GO ELSEWHERE!! and enjoy your life. The property has been sued for several reasons over the years it has exchanged ownership several times over the last few years when they don't win in court they turn it over to a new owner to avoid any fees THE WORST PLACE IN EATONTOWN TO RENT FROM!!

I have been at Eatoncrest apartments for about 4 months now and I must say the Staff is very professional, courteous. From the office to the workers. I have had some repairs that needed to be done and their response to my request has been awesome. They took no time in accommodating my request. Apartments are spacious and environment very quiet. I love it! I appreciate their services and highly recommend these apartment homes.

This is the worst apartment building in all of eatontown. They showed us a renovated apartment then told us to apply to another unit for an in unit washer and dryer, so we did thinking it was the same. It wasn’t. It was old and decrepit. The place is filled with roaches, the exterminator came multiple times and on the last visit he told us there was no way to get rid of them since multiple units were infested. We had mold, management denied it, we did an at home mold test that came back positive for mold. Even with that they still denied that there was mold. Theres constantly dog poop all over the complex, nothing is done other than emails weekly about picking it up. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stepped in dog crap at night and ruined shoes. It’s absolutely disgusting. There’s drug dealers all over the complex and nothing is done about them. And it’s very obvious as there’s addicts coming and going all day, to the same buildings. One in particular is friends with management and made it well known that nothing would ever happen to him since he had been doing it for over a decade. Just another money hungry slumlord. Save yourself the time and money and find somewhere else where management cares about residents and not heroin and coke dealers.
