Quiet community that exceeded my expectations. Office staff is very accessible and responsive. Requests are handled immediately and professionally. Danielle, Laura and Gwen are great and on top of everything in the community and the board are always doing projects to improve the aesthetics and individual units. Dionacio the maintenance super is fantastic and very attentive, approachable, kind and can be seen daily working hard to keep things running smoothly. The pool is beautifully maintained and you will always see the community being worked on like power washing, landscaping, unit maintenance, exterior maintenance, etc. Nice place to live:)

Excellent location, very confortable apartments & serene place to live. If you are looking to buy there, be aware that this is a co-op. You will need to put 20% down, not pet allowed and be approved by the association independently, of your mortgage qualifications.

The new Board of Directors is great. After years of steady decline this Cooperative is coming back to life big time. I am proud to be the shareholder of this corporation and I trust that Eatonbrook will once again be one of the nicest places to live in Eatontown. Keep up the good work, Board.

the coordinator from community board of eaton crest Debbie is a racist.
apart from i was living in 111c white street the landlord and her did not return a single penny of our security deposit.
the reason cited were silly as some smell came away from kitchen paint.
