After renting from them for several years, I must say it’s been a great experience from beginning to end! Everyone in the office is super friendly and approachable. When I moved in everything was so clean, and when I left.. I also left it clean and as promised received my security deposit. Whenever I had an issue (rare) big or small it was resolved in a reasonable time frame and I appreciated that. East Valley is a great property rental company and they remained professional throughout the entire contract. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental or for any property management!

Brittany and Misty were so kind to my roommates and I and were so helpful in getting me the apartment I wanted when I didn’t have much rental history. I have had only positive experiences in all my dealings over the years with East Valley Property Management. Rick and Brittany, in particular, have always been friendly, professional, and very responsive to all my questions, requests and needs. In my years as a landlord, I have dealt with some nightmare tenants and I am grateful for such excellent property managers who resolve all of the problems with tenants, so landlords don't have to. I can't recommend them highly enough!

East Valley PM have been managing my property since 2010. I've been very happy with the service they've provided all these years. The excellent condition of my property reflects the work that EVPM does in finding the right people to rent out to as well as on time maintenance as needed. They are also quick to attend to any issues that arise with tenants or from my side. I've primarily worked with Brittany during this time. She's prompt in responding to my emails or voicemails and I've been very happy with her proactive nature. If you're looking for a PM to manage your property, I highly recommend EVPM.

My experience with East Valley (as landlord) has been nothing but positive ; they were very supportive and kept me informed during the tenant search. I notice all the poor reviews were from tenants , but only two (and there are always two sides to the story) Considering the volume they manage , this number is insignificant. Great company

This company is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I am currently a tenant with a rat problem in my attic for over a Month now. They have claimed they are trying, but it has been almost 2 Months and I still have rats. I explained to them, I can not sleep at night due to the rat activity above my bed, we now have what seems to be urine or saliva coming through the ceiling and they don't care at all! They have been nothing but rude to my wife and I. They tell me they are doing everything they can but when I call to ask what they are doing they just get upset and tell me they are trying. NOTHING is being done!!! Misty is extremely rude while the other people I have dealt with just seem to have one excuse after another. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I have even called and got an estimate for them to fix the solution but still no action. Beware of East Valley Property Management!
