i have lived here two years, since new property management took over everything has been horrible. not only is the property manager Heather Hendren condescending, combative, and rude. she is non-existent at the property. Homeless and addicts have over run the building, nearly every door into the building has been broken into and there are visible pry marks on residents' doors from attempted break ins. garbage, human waste and used needles are left all over the building and has brought with it a major roach infestation. community patio is basically a giant ash tray. the grill has NEVER been cleaned posing a major fire hazard

Edit* No thanks Heather! i brought all of this to your attention months ago giving plenty of time to address any of the issues and you still refuse to take any accountability for the unsafe environment and health hazards.

If i could give a negative star i genuinely would. Living here has been a nightmare to say the absolute least. There has been vomit in the stairwell since beginning of November 2024, its currently feb 2025 and i let the property managers know in early December, and still nothing has been done about it. Property management has been downright rude in the past, when i called them directly they would answer and hang up immediately. Then rudely asked what i wanted and if it was an emergency. When we moved in, we set up our renters insurance and she lost the documents so we had to pay another 200 odd dollars to get it again. She harped on us about setting up our PGE account and sending her the info, eventually threatening to evict us if we didnt comply. We had sent it to her 3-5 times before that happened.

I dont recommend living here. Its incredibly unsafe and there are drug dealers on absolutely every floor. Our neighbor smokes cigarettes in their apartment and the smell seeps into our bedroom every night. People leave trash in the hallways, random people who dont live here roam the building at all hours of the day. People in the building would leave the back door propped open letting people in, ive witnessed someone from the building inviting someone who was sleeping on the church steps for two nights into the building. Neighbors smoke detector has been going off for weeks on end, indicating a low battery. They said they would come change the batteries/do an inspection last week, but never showed up.

They are full of empty promises to fix the issues that are on their plate but obviously the title they have is far too large for them to even attempt handling. This place needs some SERIOUS tlc.

Grace has been nothing but helpful when I've needed support with anything coming to the complex. She has been responsive, timely and extremely kind!

Leasing sucks, she told me I can come in at 2:30pm for a tour and she is not even there. Waited 15 min and decided, why would I want this anyways? That just shows how they operate. Asked a guy who lives there is she ever there and he responded “hardly”. I had to call 5 times to even get a response over the phone. Even if she were to be on lunch why would you tell me that time and waste my time.

Great place to live, the building is well-maintained, quiet, and in an excellent location. Everything has been smooth from move-in. Highly recommend

I don’t recommend this place for many reasons starting with the bad, rude and non responsive management. They over charge you for utilities and rent. Will tell you a parking spot will open up soon and ignore you if you keep asking until one month before your lease is up tell you one just opened up. Same thing as some of the other reviews: people stealing packages, outside trash room broken into, area for dogs is constantly overflowing with trash, trash chutes constantly out of service or broken on the floors so you have to go outside and maintenance takes a while to respond. Also they don’t check if people have dogs on the restrictive breeds list, while I was living there I was attacked by a dog on the restrictive breed list and management didn’t do anything. Parking around the area is also a nightmare and hard to find and cars were constantly getting broken into.

Only pro is the people/neighbors you meet there are nice and friendly. Location is within walking distance to restaurants and parks.

absolutely hellish experience trying to apply for an apartment here. leasing manager Grace will tell you one thing in person and then backtrack the next, questions go completely ignored via email, and i was left more confused after every interaction.

seeing other reviews saying they are unable to get ahold of management once already living there is unsettling. I’m glad I got this cold shoulder BEFORE moving in.

a lot of 5 star reviews of this place are just from viewing tours, which is a red flag. what do the folks that actually live here experience?
