My most recent experience with our maintenance coordinator, Raziya, was very positive. She was quick to arrange electricians to come to the house we are renting and they solved the problem (no power) in a relatively quick time. When speaking on the phone and via text, she understood my frustrations and could see where we were coming from as the tenant of the property.
