We have recently moved out about a couple weeks ago already. I must say, the move-out process was fairly easy at Eagle Rock & it was bittersweet leaving.

Unfortunately, I wanted to post photos of what the apartment looked like after I cleaned but they came in on the last day of my lease & already started upgrading.

However, putting that aside, I must say Theresa was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end and she always lended a helping hand when we needed one. We’ve received our security deposit back in full & before the 30 day period. Just a reminder, when you are kind to people, kindness will be returned. Giving the apartment back the way you received it, or in fact better, you will certainly have no issues getting every penny back.

I spent 3 years & 2 months at Eagle Rock & enjoyed my stay! I hope you all do as well. Thank you Eagle Rock for allowing me to create wonderful memories here.

It’s been a week since my boyfriend and I moved in, and everything has been great. Our neighbors are so nice, the property is well taken care of, and the apartment itself is beautiful and newly renovated. We have no complaints. Teresa has been so helpful throughout the entire process and we couldn’t thank her enough for making our move so easy for us! We would definitely recommend Eagle Rock to anyone looking to rent.

Eagle Rock is a wonderful place to live. Unfortunately, I had to move out because of relocation. I had nothing but great experiences with neighbors and management. Christina and Teresa are amazing! If you are looking for a place in Freehold, look no further than Eagle Rock!

Teresa was amazingly helpful throughout the process of securing a lease for our apartment. We bonded immediately and she made us feel so comfortable. We had many laughs together as it seemed as if we were long time friends. It was just a great experience working with her. She’s the best!!!

John, Wayne and Santos were incredibly helpful in making some repairs to my unit as well as Christine in the office. I have lived here for more than 12 years and while the requests have been few and far between, they are always done quickly and satisfactorily.

I been living a Eaglerock apartment in freehold for about 7 years and I seen the maintenance guys have been on point have been doing a great job work orders have been completed as noted. John Wayne and the other two guys been very good. Prop is very clean. Garbage areas are very clean. A personnel in the main office here at Eagelrock are very nice and any questions that needed to be answered, which is a very good plus. The pool area has been very clean lately. They are keeping up on it. Water is very clean. I must say after all this property is very good and very clean and again maintenance is amazing.

Whenever things are needed, Or fixed John, Wayne and Santos Are always there. As far as the office Teresa and Christina are wonderful.
