LaVern, is not your guy if your going thru an eviction . Tip #1. Don’t ask questions if you do you will be lectured on his 30 years of experience or he’ll hang up on you . And then your so far into the eviction and your scared but again ask more questions he will threaten to quit ,
That’s when I took matters into my own hands , with the help of someone else he finished the eviction . Good luck !

Even though we live in Malaysia we have used Eagle Real Estate for the past 12 years. They manage four homes for us. We have found them to be a company of complete integrity. I have not had one instance where I have felt cheated or where they acted in any way deceitfully with us. The rent money appears in our account faithfully every 8th day of the month and if we have any questions they have been answered to our complete satisfaction.

Horrible service they don't fix anything!!! 3 of the worst years of renting history.. They've had 10 different handymen an non of them know what they were doing out of three years they changed 2 toilet seats... Beware an stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!
