Cheri and Garth are great management! Always on top of requests and questions. The complex is well kept and most of our neighbors are very friendly. We definitely enjoy living here as we have never had any issues. I Highly recommend Eagle Cove if you’re looking for an affordable, well maintained apartment.

Amanda is the best manager we've ever had (I've been here 6 years). She's fair and responds promptly. Garth, our maintenance man is just as awesome. They make a great team. I highly recommend, if you're responsible and respectful of your neighbors. This is a great apartment living option AND these are the nicest apartments in Round Valley.

Cheri and Garth have done so much good to these apartments. As a residents view, this place has improved so much since they took over management. They go out of their way to set up fun evens during the summer time as well. They have made it a better place to live and if we need anything they are on it right away.

The management here are wonderful! Quick and professional. The property is kept clean and is well maintained. The people here are considerate and friendly. The inside of the apartments are spacious and have lots of natural light.

I had the pleasure of being here. This complex is deserving of five stars. In the evening the community is quiet. The folks are friendly, clean, and organized. Everything I look for in a community. The complex itself is newer and just lovely. The units are very very spacious. What sets this complex apart from the others, is the management. Amber is amazing. She is super friendly and nice, great sense of humor, and very caring of the community and the residents. If you are looking for a home in the area, see Eagle Cove first. You will fall in love with the place as I did.

This is in response to Kevin Todd's review of Eagle Cove Apartments. If "Kevin Todd" is your real name and you reside at Eagle Cove, you are an unauthorized occupant and therefore have no right to review the community. If your review was written for a legitimate resident with legitimate concerns, please have them call the office as we have had no complaints. Eagle Cove does monthly unit services as a preventive maintenance program. It insures the property is maintained properly as some of our residents forget to call in a work order when needed. An annual inspection is conducted by the state in order to confirm the property is being maintained. All residents are given a 48 hour notice prior to entry - no exceptions. Maintenance will only enter an apartment with a valid work order - no exceptions. Please feel free to contact the office with any complaints and I will be happy to assist you.

Cheri is an awesome landlord let’s us know anything that’s happening and Garth the maintenance man really does work around the apartment complex. Best landlord and maintenance man we’ve since we’ve moved in!!

This place is awful. Monthly "service walk throughs". They come in to your home once every single month to "make sure everything is alright". Not only that but that state does a walk through and they told me I would be informed if they came in to my home (there was not a single note left). I left for 20 minutes came back and they had been in my home and messed my food I had sitting on the stove. The maintenance man lets himself in whenever he wants if he thinks there is something "broken" in your home. There isn't a single form of privacy! I am appalled with this place! And to make things worse it is a "equal housing opportunity" so your neighbors are tweekers that you hear arguing through the walls all night. I sit and stare out the window and watch drug deals happen, multiple times a day. This is not the place for families or people who want to be safe! I wouldn't recommend this place to the homeless.
