This is truly the most unprofessional, rude and inattentive management company. I submitted an order for no heat on January 2, 2025, a few days later, still no heat, on January 8, 2025 I asked for an update (at this point it was snowing) Abby who is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. Stated she will arrange for a portable heater to be dropped off later that day. At 4:50pm I reached out because I still had no heat, no portable heater, and it was freezing! She stated they were out of portable heaters and she will arrange for the portable heater be dropped off tomorrow, January 9. It is now January 10, 2025. Still NO heat in the home, no portable heater like promised, nor did anyone from the office contact me, even after I asked for an update and expressed how unacceptable the situation had become, only to have Abby talk over me, raise her voice and offer no empathy or even an apology. I am truly at a loss for words, this caused great unnecessary stress for myself and two daughters. All while praying over $1600 a month for rent.

EA, Colter in particular, have been great. I've been a tenant at one of their properties for over two years and my issues, which have been few and far between, have always been addressed promptly and to my great satisfaction.

Blake is awesome to work with when I applied he told me right away that they'd only been one person to apply and was on top of his game to get me everything I needed asap so he could get the ball rolling on his end to see if I qualified for the place! He even stayed super late to show me the property even though it was at 630pm on a Friday!!!

Great property management company! Ever since they’ve taken over management of my apartment it’s been great amazing service and very very good Customer service! They have a variety of apartments on their website for rent. I suggest that you check into them and you talk with Karl he is a very skilled and a nice man!
