I have lived in an E&C managed community for over 20 years, and I served on the Board for half of that time. Working closely with the team at E&C, I have seen firsthand how responsive they are, creative in finding solutions to quickly resolve problems, proactive in getting ahead of issues, knowledgeable on state regulations and able to pivot smoothly when confronted with multiple situations at the same time. They partner easily with us and feel like family in the very best of ways. I consider our community fortunate to have worked for so long with E&C and we are all the better a nieghbourhood for that relationship.

E and C has been managing our condo property since I moved in 9 years ago. As VP of our association, I communicate with Jodi and the staff at E and C often, and they have been a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and easy to reach, even during emergencies outside of normal business hours. They are a tremendous help obtaining proposals and scheduling work by contractors and handling our financials.
