Horrible rude after hour customer service. The girl I spoke to should learn a thing or two about customer service. And when someone is actually trying to describe the problem learn to listen. Not yell back at people. Honestly wouldn’t do business with people whom don’t have the slightest bit of empathy. Threatening to charge for calling a plumber for something that is clearly faulty with the building. To sum it up they are shady landlords. 👎👎👎

We are the company that does maintenance and repairs on a few of their properties. We absolutely love working with Dunton and their team! They are easy to work with, communication is prompt and professional! We look forward to continuing our business with them in the future!

Dianne White is our "Property Manager," whatever that means... They're supposedly managing the property my business is located in, and we have a terrible problem with homelessness in this area specifically (of which they ARE aware). They are supposed to provide security to patrol the area, but this has NEVER happened. Instead, my customers and I continue to get harassed while the police tell me there's nothing they can do - it's the property manager's responsibility to ask these people to leave, as it's considered "private property." If you need a property management team for your business, I recommend looking elsewhere!

Terrible commercial management and communication. The HVAC system has gone out twice in five days when it is 90+ degrees outside and the entire building is just as hot inside. The janitorial team does not vacuum on a regular basis and our suite is dirty! I have called, sent emails, reached out to the "on-site" manager and nothing gets done.

This company has taken over 30 days to fix a problem with a building my business is in. They send emails at 4pm on Fridays so they leave you hanging with no answers. Their lack of urgency while I’m loosing thousands of dollars is unacceptable and I would warn anyone considering using them to manage your property.
