I have rented through Dunn multiple times, and I am so incredibly pleased. I worked extensively with Kimmy, who was the best manager/landlord I’ve had. She was on top of every single question I had and would respond immediately if there was ever a maintenance need. She would even respond asap to her emails on weekends, which I didn’t expect. She did everything she could to make sure I was satisfied and treated me well throughout my entire rental. Very reasonable and professional. Thank you so much for the great rental experiences!

I have never worked with a company that was so eager to assist with any issues that I have had. Since we have moved into one of their locations they have fixed a few little things that they didn't know where wrong, added a dumpster, and striped the parking lot. I have no issues with Dunn Properties. Whitley Dunn has done an exceptional job to make sure that our needs as a tenant have been taken care of. I honestly with all property managers were as helpful.

Giving 2 stars because we inquired about a property that was supposed to be 1400 a month. As soon as we paid our deposit they changed the price to 1500. They told my husband that all adults needed to apply. So we both did. Then they told him if I didn't pass the application process(which mine was better than his own) that I could not live with him. I am his wife and we have 3 kids. The way this place handles it's potential renters is terrible. We immediately asked for a refund right then. I do not reccomend even trying with them. Raising the prices on things is normal right now. But, not on a place you just listed. 100 dollars is a lot of money when you have kids to feed and bills to pay.

Absolutely do not rent from Dunn Property Management. They were pleasant while we were renting from them, but turned devious once we told them we were moving out. They stole $600+ from us. A very terrible experience.

My fiance and I are moving to the Fayetteville area from out of state for work reasons. We attempted to contact this company multiple times to attempt to set up a day where we could have multiple showings, as it takes almost half a day to reach the area.

Not only were we unable to set up any appointments, the company did not respond to any e-mails, either direct or through web services such as Zillow. They further did not return calls or voicemails.

If you are thinking about renting in the fayetteville area, do NOT rent from this company. No customer service, spiked rates, and almost impossible to get a hold of. After we moved in to our rental we found bags and bags of trash hidden throughout the property. Who does that?

They have a new manager, Kimmy, who is absolutely outstanding with customer service. I world of difference from what I experienced prior. So, yes, at one time - 1 star. Now, with Kimmy - 5!
