Huge thanks to Jeff and Drexel for our years spent on Eastwood Ave. Nothing but good things to say about the whole team, especially Sammy who was professional and quick responding to any maintenance requests needed. We moved out of Chicago so finally had to give up our apartment, but Jeff made everything smooth for a handover to the next tenant. Would definitely recommend a Drexel apartment to whoever is interested.

I have been really happy with Drexel Properties. They took over the management of my apartment building after a few months into our lease. Every time I ask for help or even just mention something it is taken care of quickly and done well. If it is not done well the first time Mario will always follow up. Mario always comes and checks in or makes sure a job is done right either by himself or a team member. He is the guy who will get things done with a kind smile and true concern of over inconveniences. Mario has a great team. Also, for heating and air conditioning Boris will work tirelessly to make sure your HVC is working perfectly. I cannot say enough about both Mario and Boris. The Drexel team has been kind and hard working. So thank you Mario and team!

After finishing our lease with Drexel, I have no complaints. We didn’t run into many issues but when there was small issues with our place, Drexel had it handled immediately and checked back in to ensure the issue was solved. Management is good at communicating and is responsive.

I have rented from Drexel properties for 5 years. I have only good things to say regarding Jeff and his team. They take care of any issues quickly and there are few issues, at least in my experience. A nod to Tom for all his help getting me into another Drexel unit. Thank you Drexel properties!

I was having a plumbing problem and Drexel properties sent Boris the plumber. Boris was quick, efficient and clean! Got the job done and cleaned up after himself. Thank you Boris!!!

Drexel took over the property I was residing in a month into my sublease. Everyone had warned me about the previous management company not being responsive or helpful. I was a bit worried about having another company come in and take over. My fears were so quickly put to rest when I interacted with Anthony Rodriguez with Drexel. The first time I met Anthony, he was walking around the entire property and checking in with residents about their needs for their apartments. He was so incredibly pleasant and so attentive to what residents were reporting on. The few times issues arose in my unit, Anthony responded well within a 24 hour time frame; I would say he did so within an hour and a half with almost every request or question I had. It is so apparent that Anthony genuinely cares for the folks who reside in the buildings he manages, and that goes a long way. It was so refreshing to have an individual go above and beyond to ensure that your home is both happy and healthy. I cannot thank Anthony enough for making my short stay in the building all the more enjoyable. Anthony is the only Drexel employee I had direct interactions with, but it seems safe to bet that they staff their team with like minded folks. Because of this, I would certainly recommend Drexel Properties as a management company.

EDIT: I emailed their help inbox and got a reply from the president of the company. I think this speaks volumes about how this business is run; the president is responding to the help inbox emails. Amazing leadership, Jeff

I was living at 3160 N Cambridge. I highly do not recommed the building or its property managment.

Someone claiming to be maintence attempted a break and entry into my appartment when I had not requested a service. I notified management and got no response about it. They even went as far to tell me that they can enter at anytime with no context. Yet when I had requested service for some simple fixes, I would either get a response a month late, or no response at all. I eventually was told to log in to an online portal to report on their behalf, yet I would find a poster in the lobby every month with a number to call an office (like I had been doing) for a habitual pest exterminations that very much plauge the building. It seems like they simply choose not to come about and fix things on their own volition. The laundry machines are not decent, some steal your money, some leave your clothes in standing water. And the dryers are half functioning. When I reported the issues, I was gaslit, being told that the laundry machines 'actually do work.'

The AC in my unit was never enough to combat the heat in the summer. Same for several of the neighbors. Espcially the west facing apartments. Another problem with the west facing apartments is the bar's back entrance across the alley. They do their deliveries any time between 4 and 6 am on the regular....and they are not quiet or clean. They also do a lot of glass dumping as late as 2am. Between all of this, the paper thin floors and walls, and the heat that gets trapped in the apartment, its impossible to get a normal sleep. Winters can be brutal as well, I had my windows icing up on the inside a few times. The heaters do not function well.

A lot of the reviews I see for this company seem planted. Dont trust these people. They continued gaslighting me that I didnt report issues with the building accusing me of not being willing to document them appropriately. They will do anything they can to avoid responsibility for their failures to adress issues in their apartments.

Eh. Lived in the unit on aninslie and there were roaches in the unit which is why I didn’t renew my lease. Management appears to be helpful with quick fixes but don’t aim to fix anything long term so you’ll be screwed with less and less care from management with every month that goes by.

Good property management companies are not that common. This is definitely a good one. I never had a problem, and they always addressed any issues immediately i might have had. I truly enjoyed my apartment. I have moved on to home ownership but I definitely would recommend them to a friend or family member. Thank you Anthony and the whole Drexel team
