This is a company who believes in quantity over quality.
If I had to do it all over again, I would NOT purchase a DR Horton Home.
Like many companies’ sales tactics, they’ll promise you everything on the moon until you sign the dotted line.
The customer service is below par.
The build of the home is done as cheaply and as quickly as possible.
After your move in, you’ll notice several small and large imperfections.
There are several warranties and promises but will they actually be held up? So far, not really.
It’s a hassle trying to get things taken care of with the customer service team and some of the issues are put onto the homeowner. When you purchase a brand new home, you’d think there wouldn’t be anything to worry about.
It’s obvious why they don’t let their reviews be public. They’d have zero buyers!
