I lived at Douglas Gardens for almost 10 years. The apts are nice and spacious, and the building and landscaping are always clean. However, the real credit goes to the office manager, Emilia. From the day I applied for the apartment until the day I moved out, Emilia was extremely helpful and professional. She genuinely cares about her tenants and always made sure that any issues were promptly resolved. She consistently went above and beyond. I’m not sure how she manages to oversee so many apartments, but she is amazing at her job !

I have been at Douglass Gardens since 2015. In this time, the Property Manager, Emilia, has modeled sustainable, ethical, and sound landlording practices on a daily basis since the beginning of her employment here at Douglass Gardens. She has kept the property safe, clean, and quiet in every way possible. She does this with ease, grace, and integrity. Though Emilia’s efforts are seamless, I know with every positive aspect I love about living at Douglass Gardens, she is hard at work behind the scenes. Her service has been priceless.

JCM Management is general is good, but the property manager at Douglass Garden, Emilia, is by far the best property manager I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. She is beyond helpful, professional, and down to earth. I’m 100% sure that Douglass Gardens is doing as well as it solely off the back of Emilia’s hard work. If possible, she needs to be promoted, so that she influence professional conduct can reach more customers and employees!

Emily and her team at Douglass Gardens are absolutely amazing!!! I lived here for two years and wish I could have stayed longer. Not only is the space and layout amazing, but management is too- any issues are always handled quickly and efficiently. And the remodeled laundry rooms look amazing!

I lived here for one year and truly would have stayed longer had I not been relocated for work. I lived on the top floor which had a nice balcony over a grassy area where I could see neighbors walking their dogs and hanging out. I loved saying hi to everyone as I relaxed outside. Everyone is genuinely friendly and happy to see each other. Parking for my guests was never really a challenge as there are a lot of spots. The area is quiet, comfy, and has tons within walking distance. My dog was welcomed which is great, and got to make some friends too. Property manager Emilia was incredibly sweet and helpful every time I spoke with her. She responds quickly and makes sure to solve any issue that comes her way. I only had to call maintenance once in my time there and they responded quickly as well and were able to solve my issue very fast and efficiently. Highly recommend giving this property a shot. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Thanks for a great experience!

I've been living in this complex for a year now and have nothing but great things to say about it! This was my first apartment complex and living by myself and I cannot stress how WONDERFUL the property manager Emilia was and still is as she made the whole transition so effortlessly smooth for me. I am so happy with my newly renovated apartment! The kitchen appliances and furnishings are absolutely beautiful and the price is one of the cheapest in the areas, especially for a unit with a washer and dryer.

Emilia and her staff here at Douglass Gardens are on top of everything and take the hassle out of any problem you may have (Which are pretty non-existent). I remember earlier this year the hose to my washer came loose and water was spilling on the floor, and after a phone call to the office, maintenance was here within seconds and fixed everything! I am so happy with my home and highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a new home.

I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor from June of 2016 to December of 2020. I found management/maintenance to be very helpful and responsive. I did get a few crickets from time to time, but it was not enough to bother me. My minor issue was that one of the laundry room electronic credit card readers was never working. Eventually I just loaded up on quarters and was fine.

This is also the first apartment that I have ever gotten my full security deposit back after moving out. They have helped me out when I get locked out very quickly. I had the best neighbors I have ever had, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They would look after my packages if I was at work and they would even talk to management on my behalf if there was anything I needed.

Management always responded to my email questions or concerns very quickly. If I needed help with anything they would schedule time and send over maintenance right away. I had my elderly mom visit for a few months from Florida and she loved walking around the complex talking to everyone and exploring. I got married and purchased a house last year otherwise I would have been happy to stay in Douglass Gardens for another couple years.

Edit: 1 last thing, I saw that someone did not like the flood lights that were installed, but I loved them. It made me and my guests feel very safe when the entire parking lot was fully illuminated every night.
