Diana honed my profile to be sure she captured views of apartments for me to review. We visited 2 locations in person before we both said "this one checks all the boxes." Diana was attentive, checking in frequently, and with her positive attitude and professionalism, was a good match for me. I would absolutely recommend DoorLogic to friends and family. I am renting a property for the first time and really needed the support to get the process started and keep it going smoothly. Anytime I have a question, Andrew or Bill are available to email/text/call and discuss further. Right from the start, they were clear in their communications with me. Throughout the process they check-in periodically with me and found a tenant within 30 days at a higher rent than some other property manager groups I researched! So far my neighbors are happy with the tenant too and it's been a smooth experience. I'm very happy!

We were able to rent a unit with the help of DoorLogic, though with some bumps along the way. We were initially paired with Agent #1, who did not respond to a handful of emails and texts over almost a week-long stretch. As renters trying to virtually view properties from the West Coast, it was pretty nerve-wracking to see properties we were interested in go off the market in the meantime. As a result, we were paired with Agent #2, who actually did a great job for us.. until we were scheduled to get keys to a place and do the walk-through. Agent #2 decided to quit on that day, and we were left scrambling trying to figure out what to do.

Luckily, Andrew himself stepped up and took time out of his schedule to accommodate us, even though we had never interacted with him previously. We are extremely grateful to him, and look forward to continuing to use him/his team as a resource, especially as issues arise with our current rental (more on that in a separate review -- avoid Angela Bjork properties!!), and when we need to either move to a new rental in a year (purely based on property management experience; so shameful!) or buy a house.

Even with how busy he is Andrew is always available for questions/assistance. Him and his team made the whole process extremely easy for us even though we had a lot to deal with. Ray from Door logic is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He is very professional, gets along well with my tenants,
Extremely detail oriented and he is very knowledgeable about property management!! I just purchased a 6 unit commercial property and after my closing I was feeling overwhelmed with all the things I had to do and because the property is an hour drive from where I live, I kept thinking to myself " how am I going to handle all of this by myself"? At first I thought I could do it and told Ray no, I am so glad he called me back to explain the billing procedures and what he could do for me and I quickly changed my mind and said YES!!
