Just moved into one of there property Ramona Metro Point I asked for a copy of the lease over a month still didn’t get a response or, copy. I had to update my address with social security. Social Security suspended my payments for January and February, because I didn’t get my lease in on time, now I got a ten/30?day from where I live, sad I put the change of income in back in January and, have not heard from (Housing PBV) caseworker.

Having lived at Blue Mountain Terrace upon their opening early twenties management was horrible. There was Active Mold in my apartment causing me to lose my hair and fatigue. Also so many ants of all kinds coming into my apartment like in a horror movie. Don’t mention the Secondhand smoke and chemicals of cigarettes/Marijuana from apartment under me! This was all reported not only by me but other tenants to resident manager Patricia Lang who just ignored! Then even reporting to the president of Domus. Nothing done, Then filing with Fair Housing Domus property management held back 4 months of rent check not depositing. This is out and out Fraud! They report to Real Page as if you didn’t pay rent! This is harassment, retaliation and Senior Abuse of the highest level. Also they lied charging for cleaning refrigerator, stove and repairs. I have pictures of why this was and is a lie! Biggest Fraud of all Domus Internal Revenue Domus writing off this and other Frauds!
Never in my years have I seen such Senior Abuse! This is not just physical Abuse but Mental Abuse what Domus doing to Seniors!
Tenants need to organize and file a Class Action Suit letting Domus and the rest of these property management know enough is enough! We have to protect ourself from all this mistreatment! No one is doing it for us!!!

So far nothing is happening with my twice submitted senior rental application. No acknowledgement whatsoever and I spent 20.00 in scanning and email fees AND a specific request for acknowledgement on receipt. Need permanent housing appropriate for myself and my two little dogs urgently to get on with life and begin my new business. The process was unusually slow, first application lost. Now on waiting list - I guess we'll see. Not a management company I want to live under now. House search on SSI, Did you know you could do that? Homeownership on SSI/SSDI? Special grants and lenders on this and HUD houses too. Going thru process now

It only took two months for me to be completely disappointed in this company. Here at Tonea Senior Apartments in Chico, CA. we have an excellent manager and a polite, confident maintenance person. The problem is that they are not given the tools they need from upper management so they may do the jobs they are so capable of doing. I hope we don't lose them to a company that will utilize their outstanding skills.

In my opinion from my experiences with them, they were a terrible management company. Essentially nonexistent. Couldn't get through to anyone. No one responds to voicemails or letters. They have serious communication issues to say the least. They sent out a basic spreadsheet claiming I owe them money from 14 months ago. I have asked repeatedly for bills/invoices and they refuse to issue any. Who would ever pay for unsubstantiated charges. Sent another letter along with my rent and they ignored it. Director of Finances is the most unprofessional disrespectful person. Her letter instructed me to speak with the maintenance guy about the issue. He doesn't have the invoices/bills. He's the maintenance guy hello. What kind of a company sends out a letter asking for money with zero backup.

This management company is the best I've seen by far, and I've dealt with plenty. They are responsive, they communicate, and they genuinely care about tennant issues. They respond in a timely manner and they are always consistent. A special thank you to Johnna, Denise, and Olivia they make an AWESOME team and it's clear they work very hard. They deserve raises! Thank you guys for caring about us renters, it is rare these days!

I definitely do NOT recommend renting from Domus Management Company. I feel like I just escaped from a POW Camp after 3 years of an abusive manager. They refuse to acknowledge the daily cries for help from the tenants due to a psycho onsite manager. Shameful!!!!

The Affordable living building where you're fifty five and up, most are on so security, they charge 250.00 Non refundable to have an animal. Then tackle on $30 more a month,That's $30 that your Dog is not getting or a cat. god forbid if you have a bird no no get rid of the bird you can have it! Most live alone and need the comfort of a pet and they take full advantage of your pocketbook. They are greedy beyond belief. rent goes up every six months, So now it's not affordable housing anymore. Also the washer and dryers in the apt is being taken away.dont sign up to live in this bldg in Absecon Nj.also the maintenance, lol what maintenance! They never call back or even answer the phone.
