Management is quick and easy to work with. Maintenance is crazy fast about fixing stuff. Great neighborhood and my daughter loves it here!

Since move in: floors sticky and leaving black residue - took most of 3 days to get them clean, floors badly damaged, roaches living and dead, loss of electric for weeks due to circuit breaker box issues, non working toilet in a single bathroom apartment. Prior tenant dropped items down the toilet and they won't pull the toilet to fix it. This is not livable. How can you charge rent for this?

Awesome location and within walking distance to many locations. Had a few hiccups moving in, but management has been professional and friendly throughout the process. Cute little dog park is a bonus.

Management is nice and easy to work with, zero issues there. Could use new appliances, better pest control, less aggressive dog acceptance, and some sound proofing measures between floors if you'd like to get a decent night's sleep. Would be nice to have something besides a "bark park" to show for rent increase.

Apartment manager was polite and helpful. This is my first experience living in an apartment. I assumed the cleaning they give after the apartment is vacated would be through. The kitchen doors were dirty with grease, the bathtub had scum. Had I known before we came c with furniture, I would have personally cleaned it.

Infested with roaches have complained several times and still dealing with them it’s beyond disgusting! The bug people that does spray doesn’t even come every month and the spray doesn’t even work! Been here a total of 10 months and have been dealing with mold in our ac until as well in our cabinets in the kitchen. Apartments are okay but not worth the amount you have to pay!
