As with every situation, there can be 2 sides to the story. I encourage you to do as much of your own research about this company as possible. (FYI - Meg no longer with company) My experience was absolutely horrendous. They managed a 4 unit building I owned. Communication response times were none or weeks out. The quality of work at the building was shoddy and decreased the value & the curb appeal. Tenants complained of lack of response. Reporting was a nightmare. I could go on & on but will let you do your own research. Others may have had better experiences but mine was awful and I would discourage folks from engaging their property management services. Additionally, when I chose to transition to a new PM company, Distinctive Flats acted as a petulant teenager and was uncooperative and difficult.
