Lived in their Station House building and just moved into a new one they just renovated/built on Main Street. Having become friends with some people who live in the Main Street buildings, I will say that the consensus for most of the newer buildings is generally the same - they build a lot in Somerville and their product is relatively low supply/high demand. Maintenance may take slightly longer than a national developer's building, but I see it as the tradeoff of renting from a local business. To each his/her own, but if you can afford the rent, I wholeheartedly recommend.

I lived at 74W main in Somerville for years, I dealt with Joanne first and then Andrianna. Both have always been very kind and useful, good communication. The building is well kept, no complaints at all! I would absolutely recommend them.

The DGM apartments are by far the most beautiful apartments in Somerville. Our apartment is so spacious and the details in the bathrooms and kitchen are so much nicer than any other apartment I have ever rented from. These apartments are also not overpriced like some of the others in Somerville. To top it off, Joanne and the rest of the team are extremely nice and accomodating.

BEDBUGS at the 30 South Doughty Ave Somerville apartments. My apartment was sprayed multiple times and the issue was never resolved. PLEASE do not rent from here unless you are willing to throw out everything you own!

left a message one day asking for a call back about an available apartment after being ghosted on a tour inquiry, then the next day the voicemail is conveniently unplugged and nobody answers the phone after it ringing for over a minute both times I tried. Completely disrespectful.
