Devin is seriously one of the most professional and friendly realtors I have come across. My husband and I knew Devin before looking at houses but we always said we wanted him to be our realtor when we got to that stage. This year we were finally ready to start getting into the home buying game and we went straight to Devin. He set up a meeting to talk about our goals, the process, and some of the finer details of purchasing a home. This was our first home purchase so we had lots of questions that Devin was more than willing to explain. He welcomed all the questions, the sharing of Redfin listings, and additional meet-ups to look at houses around town. We were looking in Ojai and Devin had not been working in this area that much. Still, he committed to learning about their market, making connections with local realtors, and getting access to the Ventura County MLS for home alerts (WHAT? Above and beyond much!?). After a few unaccepted offers we were having doubts (not in Devin) about this process but multiple times Devin was there to cheerlead and continuously improve our strategy each time. Finally, we got an offer accepted and bought OUR FIRST HOME. It was such a wild ride but Devin was there with us through every up and down.

He educates you through each step of the process so you are never surprised about what is coming. He even acquires a home warranty for his clients. Even after we have moved in, we can always reach out to Devin for support with the warranty or general questions. He does not just grab your business and go but he is a realtor for life. 11/10 recommend Devin. If you are on the fence or just have yet to secure a realtor, do yourself a favor and reach out to him ASAP. Many realtors don't even come close to his professionalism or sincerity in the industry.

Devin showed us around Santa Barbara and Goleta and was very helpful in getting us up to speed on the area, the market, etc. He was patient, taking the time to get to know us, and was generous with his time and attention. He’s also just a good guy. We ultimately ended up deciding that the SB area was not the best fit for us, but Devin was very supportive in helping us the whole way through.
